"It's strong if your opponent uses it, but it's a delicate card if you want to use it yourself."
He can stop recruiting from Deck, but that's it, and it hurts that he can't stop his other Special Summons. Comprehensive evaluation: Although the initial movement can be stopped, it is subtle as a meta.
You can stop Recruit, and by destroying and drawing monsters that came out of 《Tour Guide From the Underworld》, you can block your opponent's next move.
However, other than that, he couldn't stop Special Summon, and even when Crystron Halqifibrax was active, it felt like he was lacking in the meta.
Not bad if it's fixed.

A trap card that blows up a monster recruited by your opponent and allows you to draw 1 more.
As usual, it can't be activated for a damage step, and the SS triggering effects of recruited monsters can't be stopped, but if the opponent uses 1 or more cards to recruit, it's an advantage for us.
The range is strong but narrow.
There is no doubt that the Special Summon itself from Deck is the strongest initial deployment that does not require preliminary preparation.

A card that I think is a cat synchro meta in terms of historical background.
Although it destroys and draws, the range is too narrow.
It's safer to use other Special Summon metas and monster removal cards.

No cost removal & 1 draw is reasonable performance as a single normal trap.
The problem is the narrow removal range that tends to be found in no-cost removal traps, and it can only be activated by recruited cards.
It's true that we often see Hari recruits even now, but 《Ash Blossom & Joyous Spring》, which triggers the hand, can be used by the second attacking side, and it's a negate effect that doesn't depend on the resistance of the recruiting target, so it takes away the role of the meta. Cheap.
It can also be activated with cards that recruit each other, so it can be used like a match pump, but even that has a narrow use.
While there are many general-purpose removals, my honest impression is that one draw does not match this activation condition.

If you don't Special Summon from the Deck, it will completely rot and you won't be able to activate Damester. If there was no draw, it would have been an industrial waste card.

It's good to be able to destroy + draw, but I have to say that the target itself is a little pinpoint, and it won't be a substitute for general-purpose cards. Too bad it can't be activated during the damage step.

As for the activation conditions themselves, besides Recruiter, there are quite a few such as Gladiator Beast and Dansel.
However, except for the fact that it's one draw, I think it would be better to stop with a torrent funeral...
If it supported cards that Special Summon from the Extra Deck, it would have become an essential side card, but...

A Trap that destroys Special Summoned monsters from the Deck and even draws a draw.
The number of cases Special Summoned by Deck has increased significantly since its release, and it is now common to see it in environment-class deployments.
However, there are many Traps that respond not only to Decks, but to Special Summons themselves.
In the end, it's not a Trap card with a narrow range, which is often seen as a low value in Yu-Gi-Oh.
